The participants "username", email address, IP address, HTTP referrer information and requested pages are logged into plain text and SQL database. Participants can optionally include other information (like first, last or full name; address; a web site url; etc) that can be included in specific fields or in a general text area.

Customers that sign up for our services

The customers "username", email address, IP address, HTTP referrer information and requested pages are logged into plain text and SQL database. Customers can optionally include other information (like first, last or full name; address; a web site url; etc) that can be included in specific fields or in a general text area. Billing information and credit card information is managed via PayPal.

Contact form

Email address and IP address are captured, in addition to the actual message being submitted through the form.

Data Retention Policy

Web access logs are retained for 60 days. Personal, financial and billing information is permanently retained offline. Forum contributions and blog comments may be permanently retained. Support emails through the contact form may be retained, but we reserve the right to destroy them after a period of six (6) months.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, lease, share or give away your information with third parties without either your explicit permission or under court order.
